You have a 7 days deadline starting from the
date of reception of your order to request the
exchange or the refunding of your command by
contacting our customer service.
The item must be returned in EXACTLY the same
condition as it was sent.
Any items that have been visibly damaged can
not be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that the cost of the item is refunded,
not postage and handling.
The risks related to the return of the article
(loss or deterioration) remain the responsibility
of the customer, as well as the shipping fees

ALL refunds will be made by crediting the credit
